Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy! Just browse our catalogs, and click on any items that you need and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will be given a range of shipping options as well as an estimated delivery date range. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be issued a tracking number for your order.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal through our websites' secure checkout.
Once your order is placed we will notify you, usually within 1-2 business days, of any items that may be on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer. You may be notified by email or phone call. Otherwise, follow the estimated delivery date as shown in the checkout and on your receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Fox Powersports is strategically located in the heart of the Mid-West. This provides quick shipping access to all parts of the country. The East Coast, Central States and Gulf Region are only 2-3 days shipping and the West Coast is only a couple of extra days. SHIPPING please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order before it is shipped, so if you order via air shipping your package will still not leave our warehouse for 2 to 3 days.

We begin processing your order as soon as you place it. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25%, or refuse cancellation.
Pricing Adjustment / Oversized Shipping Policy
Occasionally errors in the catalog and/or pricing may occur, in the event of a price increase, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We reserve the right to request more freight to fulfill the shipment of your order. Please respond promptly to these requests to avoid delay on shipping of your order.
Orders held for either of these reasons may be canceled if no contact is made with the customer, or if freight charge is refused by the customer.
Wrong part received
Any claim for incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item. Any returned items must adhere to the established return policy.
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.
*Batteries may be shipped dry (no acid) due to shipping regulations and are considered electrical items*
At times the OEM supersedes part numbers. A superseded part number is a change by the manufacturer of an existing part number to a new part number. This can mean exclusion or requirement of additional parts for a full replacement. Color substitutions may also occur. If a pricing change occurs due to a supersession or manufacturer substitution, we will contact you to confirm the pricing difference.
The estimated delivery date range is displayed during checkout and also on your receipt/confirmation email. Please note that holidays, weather-related delays and pandemics are out of our control. We will do our best to get your order delivered within the estimated date range as often as possible. Some Bombardier products may require extra handling time.
Missing, Damaged, Or Defective Merchandise:
All claims regarding shorted or shipping-damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please save all original packaging and related materials for inspection. In some cases, it may be helpful to have a digital photo of damaged items when contacting us for a damage claim.
All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Fox Powersports. Warranty claims are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Seek Warranty Return Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the merchandise.
CANADIAN SHIPPING ** We do not ship BRP items outside the United States **
- - No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, Emblems, Screws, Washers, Fasteners, Chemicals, and Special Tools.
- - All accepted returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- - All returns must be in new/original packaging and uninstalled condition.
- - All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization # on the box.
- - Failure to meet any of the listed criteria may result in refusal of the returned item.
- To process a return you must first request a Return Authorization by phone or e-mail. When approved you will be given a Return Authorization # which must be noted on the outside of the box being returned. Failure to follow this process may result in the item being returned to you and no credit issued.
